• Handcrafted Nature: Many of our pieces are handcrafted. Slight variations in stone color, setting, or metal finish are part of the unique charm of artisanal jewelry and are not considered defects.

• Copyright: All content on this site, including jewelry designs, logos, images, and text, is the exclusive property of Singhar Mahal and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Currency: All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.

• Price Changes: Due to the fluctuating market price of precious metals (Gold/Silver) and gemstones, prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment Security: We use encrypted third-party payment gateways. Singhar Mahal does not store your full financial credentials.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items are processed within 3-5 business days. Bespoke or “Made-to-Order” pieces require 2 weeks for crafting Depending Upon The Complexity Of Design and Order.

• Shipping Insurance: Given the value of our products, all shipments are insured until they reach your doorstep. A signature is required upon delivery.

• Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or natural disasters.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards:

• Return Window: Items must be returned within [7/14] days of receipt in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom/Bespoke Orders: Pieces designed specifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

  • Altered Items: Any jewelry resized or modified by a third-party jeweler is ineligible for return.

• Refund Process: Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Jewellery Care and Warranty

• Usage Disclaimer: Jewellery is delicate. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals (perfumes/lotions), or accidental breakage.

• Repair Services: We offer professional cleaning and repair services. Fees may apply depending on the nature of the repair.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Singhar Mahal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.

8. User Conduct and Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Any fraudulent activity, including unauthorized use of credit cards or “chargeback” abuse, will be reported to the relevant legal authorities immediately.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Rawalpindi.
